Tayo Adedugbe

Biography

Tayo Adedugbe is a Job Creation Consultant and the Founder of Franchisers and Distributors (FRANDIS) Forum. A passionate Nigerian with a decade experience on Entrepreneurship Development, MSME Development, Job Creation Projects and Youth and Women Empowerment.

He has developed training modules on jobs and entrepreneurship and in total empowered and trained thousands of Nigerian youth and women. He was also the founder of Youth Enterprise Exhibition Nigeria and Game Changers Nigeria TV Show, platforms that supported and promoted small businesses and job creation in Nigerian youth and women, respectively. He was a recipient of a national grant award for his works in developing SMEs and creating ecosystems for young entrepreneurs and women. He created Street Help Naija, a segment in Game Changers Nigeria Show where people at the bottom of the pyramid, mainly micro business owners, got N50,000 grants to support their businesses. He has spoken in front of a former vice president, ministers, public and private sector practitioners canvassing for job creation for the youth; especially the need to boost investments in small businesses owned by them. He has been featured on numerous TV, radio and newspaper interviews speaking on youth and women job creation and entrepreneurship development. He has developed templates on how billions can be invested in small businesses including through SME franchises, and how a total of a million local jobs can be created annually from various sectors of the country. Tayo is an alumnus of University of Lagos and Pan Atlantic University.
